	PAYMENT METHODS: - A Cashier's Check or Money Order drawn from a United States bank. - Personal Check drawn from a United States bank.   Make check out to "Susan Keuper" OR "Lori Millbourn", (depending on who designed your item).   At this time we are unable to offer payment by credit card.   NSF Checks: Non-Sufficient Fund Checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.  The check writer will be liable for all collection costs.

	TAX & SHIPPING:  SALES TAX:  Kentucky residents, please include 6 % sales tax to the total of your items ordered, then add:   SHIPPING: Shipping Cost-  minimum of $5.00 per order, (up to 1 lb., then calculated by 10% of your order's total price).   Carrier-  We mail all items U.S. Priority Mail, arriving 3 to 5 business days after we ship it.   International Orders-  may be charged import duties and fees.   Special arrangements may be made for a speedier delivery at an additional cost.     Privacy:  We do not share your name or information with anyone else.  Period.

	RETURN POLICY:   SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:   We handcraft each item with great attention to detail and a love for creating beaded jewelry that's a pleasure to wear... but IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, NEITHER ARE WE.    Send us an email or give us a call to discuss any problems, questions or changes you may need.    We'll be happy to offer you: -  a refund on the item (minus shipping cost) -  replacement -  credit -  exchange       River's Edge Jewelry is not responsible for postage on returned items and will only accept returned items that have not been altered.

	CUSTOMIZING YOUR ORDER:   We welcome custom orders and because of the personal nature of jewelry, we encourage you to specify your jewelry preferences for comfort.   Items are described individually as seen in photos, however feel free to ask for alterations.  Request of simple changes, when possible, are at no additional cost.   When available we will gladly substitute color(s).   If you can imagine a certain beaded jewelry item, we can probably design it especially for you.  We love to bead and welcome suggestions, designs and ideas!         Necklaces, Bracelets & Anklets:  -  can be sized to your specification in inches. -  can be made with clear, plastic stretch cord or premium quality jewelry wire with clasp.       Clasps: -  may choose silver or gold...     -  metal barrel, lobster claw or toggle clasp         (if clasp is not specified as Sterling Silver or Gold-Filled, you may request either at an additional cost)       Pierced Earrings: -  silver or gold...     -  metal fish hook or hinged lever-back       Depending on design, may be able to do posts.          (if ear wires are not specified as Sterling Silver or Gold-Filled, you may request either at an additional cost)       Clip-On Earrings: - will try to offer clip-on earrings if design allows   Click here to Email your request.
